Resurrection kicks off with Agent Bellamy awakened in a swamp wondering what’s happened, because his memory has been erased. Ha has flashbacks of Jacob being kidnapped and run to the Langston’s house. To his surprise Jacob is there and unharmed. During this episode he starts having more flashbacks and begins to put the pieces together. While Bellamy is outside talking with Jacob, he gets a sharp pain in his chest. Meanwhile in the doctor’s office, Rachel finds out she’s having a boy, but he’s growing much faster than normal. Bellamy lets Maggie give him a checkup to see if something’s wrong with him. She tries to bond with him, when she invites him to stay over until he gets back on his feet. Tony reaches out to Bellamy for a meeting to give him answers about what’s going on. Jacob goes to the graveyard to meet with his grandmother who has also returned from the dead. The next morning, Henry is shocked to see his Mother in the garden. When he calls to tell Frederick, Frederick doesn’t believe it’s really her. Maggie doesn’t accept her dad’s apology for trying to get the Army to remove the returned. When Bellamy goes to meet Tony, he finds out it’s a set up. He finds out the people who kidnapped him told Tony he’s un-stabled and escaped psychiatric evaluation. She thinks he needs help, but it will no longer be from her. Margaret goes into Frederick’s home while h e’s holding a gun, smacks him around a little bit, and makes him realize that she’s really his mother. Bellamy returns home and finds one of his kidnappers there. She makes him a deal, but he refuses. In the final scene he realizes where his chest pains have been coming from. While trying to fight off one of his kidnappers, he was shot and killed.
